On October 16, 2006, one month before Steven's fourth deployment to Iraq/Afghanistan in five years, a massive stroke hit his brain and body leaving him unable to speak, use his arm, or walk independently. Among the things he had to give up or learn a new way, was the Navy, which he'd been in for 16 years. With determination and tenacity, he launched a second career in cycling. In cycling he has participated 4 times in the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) Million Dollar Challenge (620 miles in 7 days), won the Para-Cycling US Nationals, and competed in 20 World Cups and World Championships. His highlight was the 2012 Paralympic Games where he placed 5th and 7th. When not racing or riding, he can be found with the grassroots of his coaching business, as a USAC Level 2 Coach. Peace Cycling Performance has taken off. For the 2016 Rio Paralympics, two “trikers” came from PCP and won silver medals.
Last year, I averaged 10th place finishes. This year, with the help of PR Lotion, I'm now finishing an average of 4th place and have been a podium finisher twice. - Steven Peace

I have been using the lotion mainly for my lactic threshold sessions. I get through the workouts with less pain and find that I am able to recover for the next day. The biggest plus is not feeling so much of the burning sensation in my hamstrings as much after high intensity interval runs.
