Powered By PR Lotion: Taylor Qualifies For IRONMAN Kona

There’s one thing that most of our users have in common regardless of whether they’re cyclists, runners, triathletes, or cross fit athletes, and that’s the “aha” moment as we like to call it. It’s when you realize that PR Lotion is a game changer; such as when you’re able to complete more intervals during a ride than you ever could before, or wake up the day after a marathon with less soreness than you’ve ever experienced.

For us, there are few things better than hearing about these moments, and one of the latest ones comes from age-group triathlete Craig Taylor. Craig is a husband, father, and soon to be a IRONMAN Kona World Championship competitor. Here’s what he shared with us.

“Holy Amp Human Performance! If I wasn’t a full believer before consider me hooked now! Two weekends back I went down to the IRONMAN North American Championships in The Woodlands, Texas, and I was able to come away with a new PR of 8:29, 2nd in my age group, 5th overall amateur, and a spot at the Ironman World Champs in Kona in October!"

“My entire day was powered by PR Lotion, putting on three application from the new tube before the swim at intervals of 90, 60, and 30 minutes before starting to ensure maximum absorption. Then I went and tried something new on race day, even though everyone says never do anything new on race day. When I got off the bike in T2 I had the volunteers help lather me up with a packet on each leg before starting the run. These few extra seconds taken in T2 to ensure I had some fresh PR Lotion were well worth in as I was able to go out at set a new run PR of 2:58:03."

“Thank you all for making such an awesome product! I’ve definitely put it through its paces in racing and training, and it keeps on performing for me. You better believe PR Lotion will be with me throughout my training and racing at IRONMAN Kona!”

We congratulate Craig on his impressive results and look forward to cheering him on in Kona come October. If you have an “aha” moment to share please post it on the Amp Human Performance Instagram or Facebook page.
